This policy explains how ContexAi Group ("ContexAi", "we", "us") handles information collected through contexai.org. It is provided in good faith; please have it reviewed by qualified legal counsel before relying on it for regulatory compliance in your jurisdiction.

1. Who we are

ContexAi Group is a boutique financial consulting and strategic advisory practice and a curated marketplace for senior consultants and Agentic AI builders. Contact: amir.wahmed@contexai.org.

2. Information we collect

Application & posting data you submit through our forms (e.g. name, email, phone, professional details, company information, and any documents or files you upload).
Position-application data when you apply to a posted role.
Payment information when you purchase a posting/application package. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
Technical metadata automatically received with requests (e.g. approximate country, browser/user-agent, referring page) used for security and service quality.

3. How we use it

To review, publish, and respond to applications and position postings.
To connect employers, experts, AI builders, and clients within the network.
To process payments and maintain quota/credit records.
To operate, secure, and improve the website.

4. How we share it

We share information only as needed to provide the service — for example, sharing a position application with the relevant hiring contact, or transaction data with Stripe for payment processing. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Where it is stored

Submissions are stored using Cloudflare infrastructure (R2 object storage and KV). Payment processing is handled by Stripe. These providers may process data in multiple jurisdictions under their own terms and security controls.

6. Retention

We keep submission and transaction records for as long as needed to operate the network, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion (see below).

7. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing amir.wahmed@contexai.org. We will respond within a reasonable period.

8. Cookies & analytics

We use privacy-respecting, cookieless web analytics to understand aggregate traffic. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

9. Children

The site is intended for business professionals and is not directed at children under 16.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
