Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using contexai.org (the "Site") and its services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The service

ContexAi Group operates a curated network connecting senior consultants ("Subject Matter Experts"), Agentic AI builders, employers, and clients. We review applications and postings but do not guarantee acceptance, placement, engagement, or any particular outcome.

3. Applications & postings

• You agree that information you submit is accurate, lawful, and yours to share.
• We may review, edit for clarity, publish, decline, or remove any application or posting at our discretion.
• You are responsible for the content you submit and for any engagements you enter into with other parties in the network.

4. Fees & packages

A limited number of postings and position-applications are free. Beyond that, paid packages are available and processed via Stripe. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once credits are granted. Credits have no cash value and are tied to the purchasing account.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful content.
• No attempts to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• No use of the network to harvest data or solicit outside the intended professional purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, and ContexAi branding are owned by ContexAi Group. You retain rights to content you submit but grant us a licence to use it for the purpose of operating and promoting the network.

7. Third parties

We rely on third-party providers (including Cloudflare and Stripe) whose own terms apply to their portions of the service. We are not responsible for third-party services or for dealings between members of the network.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContexAi Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
